   Absolutely disappointing experience at Coffee Club Ormiston. The service was painfully slow even though the café wasn’t busy, and staff seemed more interested in chatting than serving customers. Our coffee arrived lukewarm and burnt, like it had been sitting there far too long. The food was overpriced, bland, and poorly made. To make it worse, my order was wrong, and when I pointed it out, the response was dismissive rather than apologetic. As if that wasn’t enough, there’s a 15% public holiday surcharge — which might be understandable if the service or quality justified it, but it absolutely doesn’t. Paying extra for subpar food and poor service is a joke. Unwelcoming atmosphere, wasted money, and zero reason to return. Plenty of better cafés nearby — avoid this one.

   2 stars because the young server was really trying his best. Coffee was terrible, milk was burnt and it was overly sweet I actually couldn’t drink it and food very basic. Not worth the money unfortunately.

   I ordered a caramel latte frappe through uber eats today at 2pm. While I was drinking it, I felt something tear the inside of my mouth. I was able to get it out and surprise! There was a staple inside. I don’t remember ordering a drink with a staple. I can imagine what could happen to my insides, if I had actually swallowed it. After multiples attempts, we were able to contact the Coffee club, a lady picked up(did not say her name). After we explained the situation, she chuckled and said that the next time we come to the store, she will give us a free drink. There was no apology. She did not bother to ask if I was okay. She seemed eager to hang up the phone. It seemed almost callous. Honestly speaking I do not want free drink. I wanted an apology and explanation. Like it is said,” You are not a better or wiser person simply because you have ceased to care.”

   I usually visit the Coffee Club branch in Ormiston during weekdays for my regular coffee fix. However, my recent visit there on the weekend was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, the person taking my order seemed disinterested and inattentive, possibly occupied with his headphones and phone. I ordered three coffees, but before I could pay or hand over my card, he abruptly left for the coffee machine. Another staff member took over the transaction, and I gave her my loyalty card and made the payment. When my order was ready, the initial server handed it over. I expressed my desire to speak with the store manager, only to be told that he was the manager. If the manager exhibits such a dismissive attitude and lack of regard for customer service, it's concerning for loyal customers like myself. Sadly, this experience has made me reconsider my patronage, and I won’t be returning.

   The coffee club in Omriston left a fantastic on me! The environment is clean and tidy, making I feel comfortable as soon as you walk in.weather I want to work quickly or chat with friends, the atmosphere is just right. Second, the service and attitude is excellent! The staff is warm and generous, friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. She patiently answers questions when I order, the service throughout makes me feel cared for. Especially worth mentioning is the fast serving speed. I hardly have to wait at all very efficient. These is huge advantage for me in a hurry or wanting to enjoying coffee or snacks quickly. It was a very pleasant experience. Comfortable environment, thoughtful service, high efficiency , everything is done well, and it’s highly recommended for everyone to give a try!

   It’s ok but the service is not that good the I ask if you can make the white chocolate mocha to a frapp she said it’s only in hot then I I went in the following week it was a guy he made it to a frapp. Tried the coffee club brekkie it’s good some tables needed to be clean. I prefer botany

   $9.50 for a side of calamari. Coffees are ok, weird powder taste in them though. Approx $18.50 for both. $15.04 with VIP discount card.

   The portions are apalling - I bought a side of chips for $4.60 and the serving was barely half the bowl. The only reason its not a 1 star is because the food taste was decent. I brought up the issue with the staff and was told this was weighed as per headquarters instructions. Ridiculous.

   Wait time for drink and meal too long. It is 32mins since sitting down, got drink into 15-20min and still awaiting food. the lady behind the main counter is doing a wonderful job but unfortunately she is all alone juggling making drinks, taking orders and serving. management needs to look into this, dont be that miser that bring no help by not hiring. very disappointed and still hungry!! PS-food arrived eventually and the fish and chips was blend. Fish had no taste & had a smell , chips was soft and tasteless. The quantity of the serving was less as well.. Salad was delicious.

   Great food and coffee on offer here! They have a fantastic range of both cabinet food and menu options. Perfect for any time of the day, breakfast, lunch or dinner. The staff are all friendly and the service is great too. The prices are on the high side for a cafe but the food is of good quality.
