“Kelly was amazing and I’m very happy with the result! She took the right time to explain the different options and different colors and the whole procedure was so smooth. On top of that Kelly was explaining everything she was doing to make sure I was not surprised by anything and made me at ease, it almost felt relaxing even if it’s a tattoo procedure. Also she wanted to make sure everything was perfect and didn’t hesitate to take a bit more time if any doubt that the both sides were not 100% even. Very busy Cafe with relaxed atmosphere, lots of green plants, can tell the owner is into sustainability - reusable mugs for "have here" customers (looks like you choose your own mugs too), biocups made from plants not oil for takeaway coffee, and even the takeaway cup holders were made of milk cartons! The coconut Latte I had was very nice. Will definitely be back!”

The brownie cake was good though not really impressed with its lightness and airy-moist texture and it would be better if whipped cream was applied on the side. Cosy atmosphere with a touch of minimalists plant collections, loved it! Great customer service and friendly staffs. I will surely comeback.”

“Me and my girlfriend went to this place and did the bloodstone keep and it was personally the most high quality escape room I have ever been too. We felt very integrated into the story, the puzzle were meaning full and very interactive. The props were amazing. Hints were good and the staff was truly amazing (there was even a puppy while we were waiting which was so cool!!) The staff really added to the story of the rooms (getting into character which I found really cool and funny from sitting at a table nearby.) By far one of my top experiences with reasonable difficulty to do with people. Would recommend highly and 100% worth the price. We only planned to go once on our 2 week trip but with our experience today we will be making a second trip”

Amber was the designer who we worked with us and she was wonderful, helping us modify the kitchen which works best for us and within our budget! The delivery and the work was swift, just as planned. They had project managed for us, whereby they coordinated the tiler, electrician and plumber and coordinated everything. So, it was hassle-free. Tiler, electrician and plumber billing was separate and all the people they recommended were brilliant too. Thank you for great work.”

“We purchased an Azure Premier 4 person spa almost one year ago. Wayne and his team were (and still are) the epitome of professionalism during a very trying time of delay after delay due to Covid (ordered in November 2020 and arrived in February 2021). However, despite this the team had our best interests at heart and the silver lining for the delays was an amazing upgrade from a 2 person to the 4 person due to the Black Caps Special for not much more than what we had been quoted on the original purchase. The delivery went without a hitch and full set up and instruction was provided. We have had prompt service for all future dealings with the team when getting chemicals etc. Buying a spa thru Wayne at Hot Springs Spa Napier has been one of the best investments we have made, particularly as we train to compete in iron man distance events later this year. Relaxing in it after exercise helps the muscles recover quickly. The cost to run it is very nominal at only $30-40 extra per month (compared to 100-150 for cheaper brands). Although the initial outlay is more than some brands, the economy of running them and the pre and after sales service is worth the extra cost. Being able to have friends and family join in a spa date is epic. The Azure comfortably seats 4 people even though it is smaller than some 4 person spas.
