   Absolutely exquisite customer service. My first time using them and with a few quick emails and a bank transfer they've got me sorted in half an hour and are shipping this evening. All the question emails I sent before using them were replied to incredibly quickly as well. Shout out to co-owner James for his community engagement and Lucy who processed my order so quickly and was so friendly. 100% recommend.

   I used Nga Hua pharmacy for a prescription. Their prices for my prescription was much lower than any other pharmacies prices Once they received my script, they emailed me an invoice and I paid it straight away. They then got my order out that afternoon and I received it via overnight shipping to Tauranga. The team (specifically James) was super fast and knowledgeable (could tell me the prices over the phone and explain the products), I would 100% use Nga Hua again. Thanks.

   I live in the South Island and recently used Nga Hua to fill a prescription, despite the pharmacy being located in the North Island, after hearing about how great the service was. Ordering through Nga Hua and dealing with James was a very pleasant experience and I won't hesitate to use them going forward. The shipping time was very impressive!
