I’ve been going to Spoil Yourself Spa in Whitby for years and it’s always a fantastic experience. The staff are warm, professional, and genuinely lovely — they make you feel truly looked after every time. I always walk away feeling relaxed, refreshed, and properly spoiled. Highly recommend!
The Spoil Yourself Spa team are absolutely phenomenal! Mishayla has honestly transformed my skin and helped me propel my skincare to one that is tailored to my skin needs - and now getting heaps of compliments on my complexion which is not something I thought would ever happen! Would 100% recommend booking in to the Whitby or Lower Hutt clinics to see Mishayla!
Just had the most amazing massage and facial by Vanessa. I’m no virgin to massages but Vanessa left me in LaLa land! Small issue with our booking as it was a double appointment with a friend of mine that had been put down incorrectly, thankfully it was no stress as Kaitlyn got it sorted and we were both well looked after. Love the decor too.
I love everything about the Whitby clinic it starts from the warm greeting when you walk in the door. Then into relaxation room to be served berry tea or water with a wee treat on the side before your treatment My therapist is Catlin she is a wee doll very gentle and kind plus her knowledge about skin is incredible. I highly recommend 10/10 ladies xx
I decided to take advantage of the spring special and I'm so glad that I did. Caitlin is amazing. I felt incredible afterwards and she suggested a regular treatment plan and options. Fortnightly payment plan makes things easier. I'm going back next week!
Great experience, so relaxing. Great atmosphere and super awesome staff who give you all the info you need about their services and products and also recommendations and advice. So friendly and give you the extra special treatment when visiting. Was my first visit and I made sure to book my next before leaving. I will definitely be back. Thank you
Had the most AMAZING and RELAXING hot rock massage. I have many knots in my muscles and staff took the extra time to give me advice on how to deal with the pain at home. This was super useful and I would definitely recommend coming here.
Amazing experience! The team were awesome and made me feel so relaxed and the facilities were immaculate and clean. Nicole was awesome and made sure to inform me throughout the process of what she was doing which really helped bring a first timer using their services. The welcome gift was also a great little touch.
Such a treat! I decided to book the whole shebang - eyelash and eyebrow tint, lash lift, and brow shape. Ashleigh was lovely, calm, and clearly explained the process as she was going through it. The scalp massage while the treatments were setting were the cherry on top - excited for my next appointment in 4 weeks!
SPOIL YOURSELF SPA has a beautifully elegant establishment which sets it apart from others. The decor, the smell, the subtle music creates a vibe where you can just relax. The premises are clean and tidy and the staff are always genuinely welcoming. I booked my first appointment for a wax on their website which was quick and easy. My beautician Holly is amazing! Professional, warm and friendly but also minimal pain, fast, efficient and clean (no missed patches or excessive residue). Thank you so much!
