“First time here and came after seeing the reviews. It absolutely didn't disappoint. Went for the seafood tartare to start which was really beautifully flavoured with hints of corriander and so fresh. Then went for one of the Wagyu scotch options. Had it medium rare upon recommendation from our lovely waitress. It was possibly one of the most beautifully flavoured tender pieces of steak ever. Both of us went for the same steak. If I come again I'll probably go for a few more side orders, went for the creamed spinach which was lovely. Will definitely return! Highly recommend and I am very fussy!”

“Breakfast here is genuinely excellent. It’s at the top-end price-wise but the quality is superb and the portions generous. I had the ‘big’ breakfast (mixed grill I think it was called?) and my fellow diner had the caponata and raved about it. I wish I photographed them before we started…. The service was also excellent. “Place of good food with nice environment and one side lake. There are hips of car parking. There entrance are very wheelchair and strollers friendly. They have lots of entrance and entry options. This is the great place for buffet or party or conference with staying in there hotels. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They just cleaned the tables within seconds. You don’t worry about used plates. All staffs are very responsive. They will give you super first for your services.”

“Great atmosphere. Food is really delicious. The only reason for 4 stars is that the steak was a little bit over cooked, but luckily still pink. The stuffed chicken was fantastic, the peppercorn sauce the star of the show! Friendly staff and prompt service. Great restaurant with good variety. Today, I couldn't fault anything. And the 2 girls that served us were SO amazing!! It felt like home! Thank you so much!”

“We had our wedding reception here and it was AMAZING! The functions manager, Chyanne has been amazing during the early planning, to figuring out the last minute details. They been very accommodating for guests who had dietary/allergies, and the staff that night were fantastic for making sure our reception was amazing! “We stumbled upon a cool little bar slightly off Courtenay Place in Wellington and ended up having such a fun night. We were drawn in because we heard some really good filler songs playing—these were the tracks they had on between the karaoke performances. We went in around 9 o’clock when karaoke was already going, and within an hour or two the place really came to life. It was such an amazing vibe with great music, a fun crowd, and plenty of energy. Definitely a memorable night out that happened by chance and turned into something awesome.”
