“Don't waste your money here! Loved the fact you could order via QR code at the table. Service was OK. BUT they got our drinks order wrong despite ordering it online. Kids cheese burger was dry and bland with no veggies either in the burger or on the side. Steaks were very over cooked and had to be sent back. Food was burne - It was really obvious with the (tasteless) nachos too, but they were served to us anyway. We had chicken nachoes and the chicken was drowned in wholegrain mustard, which wasnt specified on the menu, and my hubby hates, so they tasted quite unpleasant. The lamb confit was also burned, but fortunately it tasted OK...unlike the poor cremated veggies...”

“Went without a reservation as it is our first time in a while, Waris helped us secure the closest reservation. Jess was helpful with the orders, we ordered a “spider” which is no longer in the menu and it arrived! Waris accommodated to our dietary guidelines (halal) and helped taking our photos at the restaurant. Overall, we had a great time!”
“Down for graduation, so busy time of year for Dunedin. Food was delishous, pork belly cooked to perfection. Wait staff quietly/politely checked in throughout dinning which was nice. Good evening meal.”

“My aunty and her sisters came here for dinner last night. She asked me to write a review bc she's not on Social Media. It was quiet but my aunt liked that bc they could chat. The lady who served us was lovely. She always let us know what was happening w our food. Loved her service! The kai was "smashing" so one of my aunts said. That one had the burger chicken. My aunt, Luana, thought the caramized steak was beautiful, she almost licked the plate and the salad was crispy and delicious. We were so full, we brought our puddings home. We had chocolate ice cream parfait w golden kiwi. Beautiful! We will definitely be back again, compliments to the chef and the lovely waitress!”

“Went to watch the All Blacks versus Japan game on the 26th of October and was pleasantly surprised. The food whilst being modest looking was actually really nice. The wings were cooked well and zesty from the lemon pepper rub. The fried chicken burger was fresh, the clover sauce delicious and the chicken cooked well and juicy. My partner had the pork belly burger and said it was delicious too. I was surprised at the price of longwhites, more than you'd pay in Auckland at $10.50 per bottle. The bar lady was attentive and nice. The bar was a little run down and needs some TLC but otherwise it was all good.”
