Went to watch the AB France game here last night . Great bar, good atmosphere, friendly staff and a nice platter to watch the game , would recommend
I went there with some friends to work on our computer. The guy at the counter asked us not to use to much of the power bar wich i then responded to him that there was no problem and that we would do has he says. He then told me that there was a problem and that if we put the fire in the place he would find me to kill me Worst service i have had in new zealand
June 2024: Update New Bar lady on Saturday shift, she So on to it and glad I can go back and enjoy Sports on tv and have fun with m8s without any dramas. Awesome atmosphere and Vibez. Cheers 2 that. May 2024: Well sure has changed without Justin running the bar anymore. Now a Very Arrogant and Rude bar worker seems to use his Job position to decide how he verbally treats myself and other females mates of mine. Very disappointed because this bar is setup well just tht 1 staff member.
Lovely bar,great outdoor area for.smokers. Warm good music goeed service. Gaming and TAB.
Good beer and banter with the boys... Always a good place too go for a beer with a walk side view and gas heater out front... Very spacious with good gaming and gambling space... Still yet too try the food but from what I have seen all looks great...
Went on Thursday for the 2 for 1 steak meals. Last time we went we were told a special function was in during the day and no steak left. Didn't think that was good but ok fair enough. Came back a second time at 6pm an hour into the meals and 2/3rd empty and what do I hear. Were out of steaks. And I should pre book ??? So they just don't have any and tell everyone they are out but Oh yes you can buy so booze. Told them ill review thatad you know what miss blonde at the bar said "downstairs want i don't care". So here it is. Lairs lairs lairs.
This is by far the best place we seen so far. Service was amazing, beer was refreshing and cold. Terewai was amazing bar tender and chef then theres the price we could live here every day it was so well priced . We will be back next time. See you next year for the Cheer comp nationals
Good little local watering hole. Reasonably priced drinks and a good fried food bar menu. Always have sports on multiple TV's and not too busy. Will continue popping in for a pint after work.
