   I recently celebrated my 40th at Dillinger’s and couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team to work with. From the very first email, Sam and the events team were incredibly organised, responsive, and genuinely invested in making the night special for us. The runsheet, food recommendations, bar tab setup, and all the small details — including help with our balloon garland placement and photo slideshow — were handled flawlessly. The food was excellent, the drinks were great, and the service throughout the night was outstanding. A huge shout-out to Lewis, Hunter, Chloe and Ariel, who looked after us on the night. They were friendly, professional, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. All our guests commented on how great the staff were. The atmosphere was perfect for a cocktail-style event for around 70 people, with a great balance of relaxed and lively. The DJ from 9pm really took the night up a level, and the whole experience felt seamless and fun. Thank you again to Sam and the entire Dillinger’s team for making my 40th such a memorable celebration. Highly recommend this venue for anyone planning a special event!

   Came here for their WOAP burger and really enjoyed it. Fries were amazing too. We were recommended their salmon sandwich but it came out to be a sashimi bahn mi with not much flavour, which wasn’t what I was expecting. Edit: Came back a second time for their burger 10/10. Ordered a steak, arancini and nachos as well. Steak was good, while the nachos were lacking, mostly because the dorito chips were stale. Arancini was the only one out of those three I thoroughly enjoyed, and wanted a second plate of. Perfect! Will even come back just for them.

   Whether it’s a takeaway coffee or to dine in, Dillingers is the place to go. Excellent service, friendly professional staff, and the food is just fabulous. Besides the fact that staff and servers are very attentive, how agile they are to ensure that you have a 5 star experience is incredible. And the minimum wage they pay their staff is the living wage!! So a ✅✅✅ from me! I take my business meetings there and personal catch ups and I’m never disappointed! Highly recommend. ♥️

   Came here because of reviews from a few years back showing fried chicken and waffles. The fried chicken is no longer served with waffles—it’s on sourdough. We opted for the two options pictures. Both were solid and hearty. Can highly recommend adding hash browns to any dish with eggs, and dipping the crispy hash browns in the runny yoke.

   This is one of my must go places for breakfast when I am in Wellington City, New Zealand. I am very pleased with the service, food and coffee. The servers are so attentive and prompt in getting things done. The food is fabulous and the coffee just makes my day better. In my recent visit, I had the Cheese Steak Benedict on sourdough. The steak and eggs were cooked perfectly to my taste. I enjoyed it a lot. If you are keen to savour their food, I suggest you go before 8 am as the crowd will be there around 8 am. Unless you don’t mind waiting longer to get your food.
