“Wow what a fantastic experience after the horrendous one we had earlier today in the Napier store! Trish could not have been more helpful, she went the extra mile phoning 3 stores trying to source the shoes I was after. Trish please go to Napier store & teach the staff about customer service & friendliness. Thank you.”

“Wonderful cafe, staff are friendly and attentive, cosy deco, relaxing environment, good to have coffee or a feed to catch up with family and friends. The food is wonderful, nicely presented, quality is great, I had the eggs benedict which was fresh and tasty. The hotcake stack was also superb, and the power brekky on point. An all round great cafe. Highly recommended.”

“We purchased new carpet for our home. The dealings with Martin were very professional and we had no problems at all. The carpet laying team were excellent. They were also very accommodating as we needed to do some work on the floor once the old carpet was lifted and they went out of their way to accommodate our requests, so 10 out of 10 to the laying team. Very happy!”

Always helpful and knowledgeable, especially today, posting a parcel over seas, so helpful with extra details that can be hard to handle, thank you to the young woman for her kindness. I am sorry to hear the Post Shop is closing. Best wishes to the Pharmacy in it's new location.”
