The price was more than we intended to pay having seen similar in a competitors store online. We then went to the competitors store intending to purchase the pack but the staff ignored us (we were the only ones in the store and it was pretty obvious we were intending to buy since we'd pulled several packs from the shelves). We went back to Garrett and bought from him - why? Cos he acknowledged us, talked freely with us to assess our needs and showed us our choices all with a smile on his face. This is a big store, selling a large range of furnitures and some housewares such as washing machines, fridges, dryers and dish washers etc. The products have from low to high quality. The prices are acceptable. The staff are friendly and helpful. They do the delivery twice a week that is on Tuesday and Friday.”
