    Worst customer service. Staff got attitude and shouting like giving free stuff to us. 19.12.2025 time around 5.30pm. This was my first ever google review staff rude behavior pushed me to do this. Pls don't recommend this place to anyone. welcomes with smiling face and greetings nothing gonna lose. Check the CCTV and address this I will delete this one if manager replying on action taken

    Brought Anchor butter 500g. There was no brand specific price for butter in the fridge, just THREE labels that ALL say NZ BUTTER $7:50. Lady charged me $8.50. I brought the issue up to her and she said just brand price. I could've argued for a bit but I knew she wouldn't budge. And I knew I shouldn't have brought butter from here but hey. Live and learn.
