   This business is amazing! I am based in Hamilton and this business is in Napier. I ordered on Thursday morning a Wedding Certificate Holder and Stand and there was engraving required - and the courier delivered on Friday morning. That is a 24-hour turnaround! Am so glad that thanks to a Google search for Wedding Certificate Holders, I found this NZ based business. All legit, and even when I searched on Google maps, yes you are where you say you are. Definitely 100% recommend and a huge, huge thank you. If I require anything else in the future - just like Arnie, I will be back :)

   A bit of conflict posting this, as initially we were served by a helpful and friendly gentleman. However, once we got to the counter, we were told by the cashier that we need cash as there was a surcharge over items below 10 dollars. While it was fully understandable that this would cause financial issues and we would happily pay extra charges, it was unreasonable how there was no sign letting customers know beforehand and that the advertised 10 percent discount was voided initially because of that. Feels like false advertising when you have someone telling tourists there's a 10 percent discount and then you suddenly bring up a "no cards below 10 dollars" policy and try to void said discount. Maybe next time have a sign up? Or charge the customers an extra surcharge but still apply the discount at least. Also, while we aren't too fuss on customer service, failing to greet the customer or thank them when they do both to your store is a pretty simple thing to mess up especially after we have dealt with friendly vendors all around.

   Great Stuff, ordered a Wood 21st key from their excellent selection, requested some engraving, i was kept well informed of receipt, progress and shipping, it was delivered today (2 days later) Excellent quality and engraving and this is a memory that will last a very long time. I recommend to all who like to shop local and support GOOD NZ businesses. VERY pleased. Thanks plenty!

   Went to visit in December 2022. Had a lot of things I was going to buy but the lady in the shop was exceptionally rude. My 11 yo son picked up a very small stuffed kiwi he wanted to buy and wound it up a little to see if it worked (he bought one 2 days before at a different souvenir shop and it didn't work). The lady, in an aggressive tone asked him if he was going to buy it and when he said he didn't know she demanded he give it to her as it was not a toy and that is how things get broken. The lady was rude, abrasive and had no idea how to treat customers. Happily spent my money at a different souvenir shop. I would not recommend based only on the attitude of this one lady.

   Absolutely recommend to all. Thought I'd be cutting it fine to get a key in time for my daughters 21st next month. I ordered the taonga + lettering on tuesday and WOW, received it the following day, all packaged securely. Communication with Tina was friendly and prompt. I will definitely be ordering again in the future - 5 stars from me :)

   I have recently Purchased a zippo from giftware engravers and had it personalised for a friends 21st birthday I emailed Andrew to ask him a few questions on his engraving technique and he was super speedy with his response to my enquiry very friendly polite & helpful also a major perk about these guys was how fast and easy the postage process was! I definitely recommend this little business as the place to go for all your giftware and special engraving needs :)
