I dont post or review places usually, but just want to say, this pharmacy; especially Taneer the pharmacist, they're the best ive ever dealt with! They are amazing, Taneer is amazing...the staff go above and beyond and are so proactive, efficient, and reliable. They have been there for me multiple times, and its so refreshing to have a personal experience..."Hi Mel", even on a phonecall... And most often the scripts are ready for me when I or a friend, family member, or support person comes in... I have recommended them to several people, and will continue to do so. I am not gaining anything from this review, I sincerely wanted to rate them highly and recommend them. And I think thats important, so people know where the best places to go are! I live in Havelock now, but I won't change my pharmacy! I'll always go there. My specialist highly respects Bay Plaza Pharmacy too. Love this pharmacy. Man dispensing meds is excellent usually knows why im there before i even get to the counter. Full of useful advice. Customer service ladies are lovely. Never had a bad experience and been using since 2018.

I visited this pharmacy and the man behind the counter Was rude. A lady working there came to help me pick some reading glasses and the man behind the drug area told her to help the person behind the counter. How rude, I am a customer like everyone else.
Great customer service skills, felt very welcomed into the store. Was served by Milly and she was very polite and nice. Will definitely come back again :)
