If you close at 3.00pm on Saturday why are you closed for lunch until 2.50. Knowing you close at 3.00pm in Napier I got to the shop at 2.30pm to see a note on the door Gone to Lunch back at 3.50. Why bother to come back and close 10 minutes later. Pissed off.
Hi. I was visiting from uk and needed some fluid. The service provided was 2nd to none. The assistant knew her products and was able to provide me with exactly what I needed. Very friendly and helpful. No reservations about recommending to others.
Used to be good and competitive but now they are selling above RRP , $30 for a bottle of chosen juice when the RRP is $25 and when I questioned it I got told we are the ones that set the pricing. I am a massive believer in supporting local businesses but when you are doing that sort of thing and ripping people off you can only expect people to not support you and shop elsewhere/online instead.
Lovely workers here. I highly recommend this shop for vapers. The girls go out of there way for me.

Sadly we have given up on Hawks bay vapour after tank issues with linking tried different coils , mentioned the issue when I first got the tank , the tpp tank linked so much it caused one of connections on the base to melt off
Always been the best store of it's kind in Hawkes Bay. Good mix of hardware and juice. Good advice and good people/customer service. Would always recommend.
Fab! Been in twice in 2 weeks. Guy I dealt with was super helpful. Even pretending not to notice when I put the tip on upside down lol! Couldn't be more patient with my hundred questions! Recommend to anyone! Stopping smoking made easy with supportive staff. Well done guys! You rock!
