Knowledgeable, friendly and caring, empathetic team looking after my dogs. Highly recommend them for advice, care and a lovely environment to bring my dogs to. Always so special, how they provide the kindest of care.

I canβt thank Eden enough for her help this week. My beautiful siamese cat and I live in Auckland and we were visiting family in Havelock North this week. Unfortunately my cat ingested a long piece of string and I called the practice for advice. Eden could easily have said she was too busy given Iβm not a patient at the practice. Instead she listened, asked questions and immediately spoke to the vet and then gave me easy to follow advice on what to do next. When I went to the clinic, Eden talked me through the signs and symptoms that could indicate an obstruction and had prepared emergency after hours instructions on how and where to get help. Eden also made several follow up calls over the coming days just to check my cat was ok. I just canβt express how grateful I am for the care and support we received. Eden is an absolute legend and a true ambassador for Pet First. If I lived in HN I would enrol here in a heartbeat. Thank you!

The most caring, dedicated team. Right from the receptionist staff to the vets and nurses they genuinely care about your pets and you as the owner. Their knowledge of animals is fantastic and they do not overcharge and appointments are not rushed. Highly recommended.

My cat was chronically sick, I asked for euthanasia, instead she was given a dental extraction, she deteriorated at home in pain. Gabriel my cat was euthanised 5 days later peacefully, gently immediately by another veterinarian due to her chronic condition . I would not ever take a pet to VetEnt Havelock North ever again VetEnt Havelock Northβs lack of integrity shocks me that they are deemed fit to practice in this way . After admitting the care plan was wrong, I was assured of a full refund and an email confirmation , VetEnt Havelock North did not fulfill the contract in itβs entirety and partially reimbursed me for the harm and distress of my beautiful black and white cat in photos, for the harm they inflicted on my cat

Thoroughly professional and thoroughly compassionate. When it was time for Mooloo our cat of 16+ years to make her final sleep, the staff were wonderful and caring as we struggled with the decision to say goodbye. They spent the time with Mooloo and let her go quietly and peacefully and showed 100% compassion to us. Thoroughly recommend VetEnt and their caring Staff.

Had to take our new semi wild cat, that we had acquired only a month ago, to VetEnt as a result of cat fight injuries. I explained his situation over the phone and upon arrival was directed straight into a waiting room and left with a calming Feliway sprayed blanket over his cage. His injury was treated in a gentle, professional manner with options of medications to ensure ease of administration for both him and I. From an intense few days to 15 minutes of treatment and reassurance I can not fault VetEnt Havelock North. Exceptional and professional service everytime.
