I belong to an Indian ethnicity and the staff was from the same ethnicity as I am. She didn’t even responded to me when I tried to talk to her and i felt insulted in front of other people. She was talking to other people very happily and when it was my turn to pay for my drinks she didn’t even bothered to respond. I would never like to go there in my life. Time was 7:00 o’clock date 30 October 2025
Amazing service !!! Needed a big order for a work event and they took everything I needed let me know what was out of stock and accommodated with alternatives
The most obnoxious staff members. Not all but most on the phone the whole time and are very unfriendly. Tried to be nice and they make no attempt to interact at all. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Go to @bigbarel in Taradale as they actually care about their customers.

I just asked for a bottle of wine on special and was told I will give a special price by the person working. Turns out he tried to charge me $2 more than the actual price listed. Plus beer was $3 more than usual top price. Not happy!
No body except the 10 tear old boy behind the counter even acknowledged I was in the building. The guy who served me just pointed at the eftpos machine, grunted, then went back to his phone. Never going back, cheaper at other place anyway.
