Managed to get an appointment next day which I couldn’t believe. Staff are all nice and friendly. Unfortunately I don’t know her name but the receptionist has been lovely! She even advised status of my appointment and apologised for a 15 minute wait. Very efficient and great communication.”

He is also very helpful in assisting me in installing my washing machine despite not being purchased from him. Deeply appreciated. Just note that cash is still preferred during purchase. What really stood out to me was the honesty of the WOF inspector. I dropped my car off in the morning, and they gave me a call later to explain why it failed. The inspector walked me through everything in detail, showing me exactly what the issues were. I was truly impressed by his professionalism and the clear way he explained everything. Hats off to him!
