   I purchased two products online. Spending in excess of $1000.00 with delivery extra. There was no email confirmation to state that I had made the purchase. If I didn't print off or screen shot the invoice at the time of purchase. I wouldn't have known my order number. As per your website it states communication would be made within 24hrs. Four days later I rang the 0800 number, as no one contacted me. I was told delivery would be on the following Monday. Come Monday. I rang the 0800 number six times to be hanged up on each time (without talking to anyone). I rang the Hamilton store to be put through and be told that delivery wouldn't be happening on Monday, instead Tuesday was the only day they do my area. I had to take a day off work. I received the items - great! however, the service let you down. I won't be back, nor would I recommend.

   Great service from the Hamilton team but what was most impressive was the service I got from Peter (Target Furniture in Auckland) when I experienced issues my purchase. Within a couple of hours Peter was on the phone getting things sorted. Nothing was an issue and great communication meant this was resolved quickly and efficiently. Great service from sale to delivery.

   Not impressed with these clowns. We spent $700 on 4 chairs at the start of March.First ones I picked up had scratches and marks on them as they had not been wrapped for transit so I got them to order better ones. Then we were told we had to wait till June. Went to pick them up again today to find theses ones in worse condition. Spoke to the assistant manager (who didn’t seem to really care). She said they can’t get any till the end of July. In the end I got a refund. Very poor service and very bad attitudes.

   Very bad experience with target furniture, and this is why: We bought a set of custom designed couch, bed frame, and mattress from them. I waited 4 weeks for the couch. They told us they will deliver the couch on the 26th. I stayed home, waiting for the delivery, and they called me on the day that your couch has 2 different colors!!! And I was shocked! What does it mean? They said they will find the piece and deliver it couple days later. After not hearing back from them in couple days, I rang them and they said they haven't found the piece yet and they will call us back. Not hearing back from them for another couple days, I just cancelled my order! I was soooo frustrated about their service! Plus, it took them 2 weeks to deliver my bed, from another city in New Zealand to Hamilton! 2 weeks just from another city to Hamilton! Very frustrated and unhappy. They apologized, but the apology cannot furnish my empty house! Honestly, won't buy anything from them again!
