Good service,i don't mind waiting,if I had taken my vehicle back too Pit Stop,they would have rip me off
BEWARE I purchased a vehicle through a dealership down the road from this place that sends their vehicles here for warrants, and they missed every bolt that happened to be loose/missing nuts in the left rear control arm. They send dodgy write ups to claim they specifically checked every one when you question their work through the dealership. Wouldn't be surprised if it was never sent back to get rechecked and the dealership asked for the write up when I went back with photos of what I found the night I got it back after they supposedly got it checked for my concerns I had from 5/4/24 "loose metal sound in the left rear". This place is being reported as they are inadequate of their profession and could seriously harm a life! This place missed a serious safety issue, and going off other reviews they have, it seems to happen quite frequently, and they never take accountability.

Being a woman it can be a daunting experience going to a mechanic as some assume we know nothing about cars. Not at Ultimate Automotive though. It was refreshing going there for my car's WoF, I felt welcomed and comfortable there as soon as I stepped through the door. They took excellent care of my car and are not there to rip you off. The waiting area was also nice and warm. I'll definitely be going back for any repairs and future WoFs.
Bit of a disappointment the booking and WOF was good all done and website says $60 for a WOF and I didn't get a phone call or text to say my vehicle was ready and when I arrived they are a busy place my invoice came to $65 told the website hasn't been updated for a couple years so check your prices before you use these guys as what they are advertising is not what you will be charged
