   Dan the manager there was so rude. Absolutely appalling customer service really. There was not one friendly thing about him. He made me feel like an inconvenience. I work in parts and have so for many years, i know it can be hard work sometime but i went in to exchange a 30 month warranty battery that I purchased feb this year under a trade account simple right? Obviously not he seemed pissed off. Asked me multiple questions about things that should not matter when there is a warranty in place. And battery was used for its intended purpose. Questions might be policy but never have I asked them in previous years of doing battery warranties. However if they were his mannerisms, tone of voice and smile would go a long way. Disappointed.

   Im a window wiper dummy! Had to replace blades on my car. Honestly can say that i hadn’t done it before. Very very helpful young male staff member helped me install the blades but importantly took the time to show me step by step how to install and cut the blades down to size. Appreciate your help and patience.

   I needed to buy oil for a Mazda MPV vehicle. Do you know how many different oils are available at Repco? Too many. Luckily a staff member came to my rescue and I bought the 5 litre container instead of 3, 1 litres.

   Has had difficulty recently filling orders promptly. Can have good levels of stock available on hand, and still very much worth the wait last you rather order parts in from outside of Hamilton which can take some time to arrive.
