Charged $60 more than Chemist Warehouse for Wegovy, absolute rip off. Stay well clear unless you like donating ~$60 for a minute of packing a pre-made box into a bag.
Had an appointment for my 2nd vaccine arrived for my appointment only to see a closed store. No notifications what so ever. There was a couple that had a 9am app and where not informed that the shop would be closed. This is disgraceful.!!!
I had the pleasure of having my second Covid-19 vaccine here. I had been recommended this place as they offered walk ins and were friendly. I am glad I came here. Such incredibly friendly staff, painless injection, with barely any wait time.
Phoned here to make sure my prescription had arrived from my midwife. The lady (Nadia I think) answered the phone. Super rude. Told me it wasn’t there then hung up on me. I called back and told her I had remembered I had received a text it was there and was wondering if it was ready as it is Level 4 and I didn’t want to wait long with my one year old. She then replied snarkily “well if you received a text then OBVIOUSLY it is ready, bye” and tried to hang up on me again. I then said wait a minute I have one more question, how much is that and she proceeded to tell me that ONE prescription is $10. A total rip off. Awful service. And once going into the store the service was even worse. My mum manages a pharmacy and I told her this and she was horrified. Do not go to this pharmacy if you can help it. Awful awful service.
