   There is a new staff who always lies when messed up and then hang up phone instead of admitting his fault. This is 2nd time he has done this. This is the reason, I have stopped going to this pharmacy after 13 years. It doesn't harm if you just say sorry I wasn't sure but he tell you 3 different lies and say you said it and then hung up. He is old but still hasn't learn that lying would make it worse, he always tries to shift blames on others and new manager doesn't care, and support him without knowing the other side. Highly disappointed and angry. Would like to give minus star if able.

   Fantastic pharmacy managed to pick up my asthma pump. My apologies for delay in picking up other prescriptions I am still waiting on msd to assist with prescriptions, travel costs etc have emailed multiple times, phone calls and face to face but still haven't been given additional support. I am waiting on my case manager Cheyanne for her review so that I can collect them since 1st of August. I have met all their requirements, requests, instructions and directions thus far
