   This business put my order for what I asked for in, even though I Recieved it 3 weeks later I truly was reassured by “staff A” I will call him that I would receive the following week I am happy that I got it though finally aaaaahhhhh! Love it !! My only recommendation for future dealings is learn to value the customer by their name along with the product especially when putting a order in ,the staff B I will call him in 2nd week had no clue of “my name and product “ I even had to show proof of Drivers License and proof of purchase before staff “B” deciding to look into the books to look around only to find that no order had been put through at all from the original purchase day with Staff “A” .Staff “B” Apologised due to my disappointment the order was now put through this very moment as you can see it’s been paid but my order was not placed in by Staff A .Week 3 arrived and staff C made a call to let me know I appreciated that . Product came in excellent condition im grateful considering. 2nd review Bought a iPad case and did not have what I wanted but got this not much selection and grateful .Thank you for your business anyways IT Fox Team@The base.

   Worst company I have ever delt with. Dropped laptop off to repair battery. Came back with broken screen, smashed keypad and laptop will not work. There people have no right being in business. Absolutely have no idea how to fix any tech device. I beg all future customers to stay far away. Im surprised they are still in business. No communication and no warranty. Customers be warned. Worst company I have ever delt with in my life. Good luck

   I'm definitely going through them again Last time I got my phone screen replaced from a different shop it was the wrong fitted screen. After less than a year , IT fox fixed it for me and replaced it with the right screen just like it was when I inititially purchased my phone. Thank you so much!! And for fixing my volume button that was broken too and for fixing all the rest. You got a friend in me! Better businesses gets my business

   Thanks Team,I decided to come here when my phone battery started to play up and wouldn’t turn on anymore. I took it in and briefly explained the situation that I was in and clarified that it could just be the charging port and battery that needed to be renewed. The guy that was on shift properly checked and also agreed but wanted to make sure it was that or else it would’ve been replaced for nothing (he also mentioned if that was the case, then I wouldn’t need to pay.) Came back 2-3 hours later to my phone being fixed and working better then it was before. Excellent and fast service, left with a smile on my face. :)
