Very disappointing customer service. On install my builder was concerned about a number of issues with the stackers. The rollers were stiff and on inspection he stated a number of things about the allegedly new doors looked worn including the rollers. Also some extra holes had been drilled. It was like it had been installed then removed and returned. Definitely not as new. Company inist " it is new, we have paperwork" but how does that prove anything? It hasn't a serial number and they have lots of them. Refused to replace the rollers although they admit they would only cost $40. They saved $40 on a $4000+ sale but have lost a customer. That is not good business. This was only the start of our renovations but will be the last purchase from D.T. Editing this to add new info that I would urge you to take on board. When my builder went to our local building supply store for new rollers the guy told him these rollers haven't been used for YEARS! Which means my "new" doors had been lying in their depot for years. So much for calling my builder a liar when he suggested the doors were far from new! Don't trust anything these guys say. Absolute sharks!

Bundy and Zack got us sorted in no time! Got there and were welcomed with smiling faces, super helpful and knowledgable guys. Helped us load the trailer with 6 pieces of brand new dbl glazed joinery. Couldn't be happier! Thanks crew! Churrrr

Really bad experience with staff , told me different price and try to charge me different amount. They need to put price where the actual stuff is They charge me $20 for nothing. Price is not good you are better off buy things form Bunnings Total rip off Never recommend them

A great goto place for those doing renovations and projects around the home. I found the stock of new windows very competitively priced and great that you can just turn up and take what you need. Tidiest yard, you'll ever find, and helpful friendly team. The bonus for our environment is the reuse of pre used materials as well as new.

I have been doing some demo work at home, and ended up with extra windows. We were happy to learn we could offer them to the Demo Traders who took them off our hands, for a fair price. They are a good crew to work with, and their yard, can leave you in a quandry, due to the huge selection, and the good prices.

Our review from Today: From the time we arrived till we left nothing was a problem for them. The team of guys knew where to position doors so they were safe and balanced well. They were more than happy to assist PC with tie downs and nothing fazed them. Their professional manner could not be faulted even down to one of them noticing a minute flaw on a window frame which he replaced with another one. It was a privilege to watch such dedicated people doing their jobs and without their team work it would have taken ages to load. Prior to this, the administrative report was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and Jess went above and beyond with a can-do attitude. We will definitely be recommending their services again.

This place is pretty much a museum for building materials. Spent a good hour or so looking at all the interesting new and old joinery and timbers. Native timbers are available by the trailer load, hundreds of salvaged doors, retro doors with original glass, ledlight window features, antique door handles, sash windows and sash window weights, retro vintage lamps and shades, new and old kitset kitchens, used hot water cylinders; anything and everything, including bric-a-brac leftover from demolished sites. If you are looking to build a project from recycled building materials, fixing up a heritage home or need new "modern style" windows and ranch sliders at a great price, this is a good place to start looking. We found a larger range in the yard than was online.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I found what I was looking for. Prices are a little high for some things but you can't beat their selection of recycled and new building materials.
