Great vape shop, Johnathan the manager and his staff have been most helpful with some tricky issues. Went out of their way to sort a couple of problems I was having with 2 of my machines. Johnathan was so patient and kind, and very knowledgeable. Had everything I needed. Highly recommended. Allan

I usually really like Shosha Hamilton. My experience has changed since yesterday. I went in for vape juice & replacement pods. I had asked the shop attendee a few times to not touch the mouth piece & suggested using a paper towel to examine the type I needed, as his hands were dirty & I was concerned with cross contaimation. Usually the shop attendees do use a paper towel. However, this shop assistant kept laughing & handled my mouth piece without the proper cautionary equipment. After repeating myself about cross contaimation & being grossed out by the measures & horrible customer service, I asked for the Shosha shop complaints process. I understand I could've replaced the pod but at the same time I was concerned with his visually dirty hands touching the mouth piece & both shop attendees down playing hygiene over making a sale. After a brief resolution talk with the manager I left the store. This saddens me as Shosha Victoria street was my preferred Shosha shop. I will now attend another vape shop with safer consumer hygiene practises 15/05 I disagree with your reply. If you view your camera footage there is plain evidence that the Shosha shop attendees on that day did not practice appropriate hygiene practises. I also dispute that my being Maaori was used in an appropriate manner, in fact I had never brought my ethnicity into the korero, which also concerns me as it seems perhaps you are profiling my being of Maaori decent. I had not been offered any appropriate resolution or a replacement pod from either staff.
Bought a hookah for 350. Lasted less then a week before an important part just broke. Took it back to see if I could get a replacement part. Apparently not their concern. They are now trying to claim that the hookha was not from them? it has their name on the bottom. All I was after was help trying to find a replacement part as the company that makes it is based in America. Have since tried to weld it back on but the metal is too thin.
