“I called on the day to book in for a WOF, and they were able to slot me in straight away. The service was quick—much faster than other places that had asked me to leave my car for the whole day. The woman at the front desk was lovely and explained clearly what work might be needed down the line. Having someone vibrant and welcoming handling the front-of-house makes a huge difference to the overall experience—and in my experience, that kind of service isn’t common. “This place is incredible. I came in with my baby boy, he was fast asleep in the car. I had a gut feeling I should get my car checked out. I wasn’t from Hamilton and I down to earth.was visiting for a family member in Waikato hospital. Anyway, last minute I walked through the door. Straight away the reception lady was super lovely, she asked if anyone could check my car. A guy gave the time to take a look on the spot. Turns out the vehicle needed a lot. They helped me find the cheapest option. At such last minute, they were able to book my vehicle to get it sorted immediately! I was travelling the next day. they got it all sorted in time. They are amazing! Super efficient, quick on the gun! Helpful, genuine and effective to help me get back on the road safely the next day. I’m am super thankful ❤️”

“I rate this mitre 10. Everytime I've been here I've left with what I need and some. Today I went in for some pots totaling $400 but they were discounted down to only $80. And the last time I went I was just getting some charcoal and they had $1000 umbrellas down to $250 because the box was damaged. The staff are always super helpful and friendly. And the bbq section is always well stocked.”
