It was cheaper - I did buy an elite service , but was disappointed they didn’t pick up items I knew that needed a service. They said they are Mitsubishi service agents, this may not be the case . Check your warranty on your policy.
Straightforward, no fuss, and a great team. Got WOFs done for both my cars — easy to book and personally, no issues at all.
Very expensive and rude staff. I asked for a quote to change a resonator, they said $250 when I questioned the price as it was a very simple quick job the female staff member was extremely rude. I went to FRANTON MUFFLERS AND BRAKES and got the job done for $74.
I took my car in for a wof. The woman accused me of driving my car with wheel pressure on 20. which was untrue, as she wanted to make a profit off my ignorance of car mechanics. I think she must have been sniffing my gas tank. But be aware everyone, don't leave anything in your boot like tools, jumper leads, etc- because that will be the last you see of them.
Not helpful at all and very rude. Make sure you don't go when they are on lunch. Asked for the most simple help -locating a fuse box that's it and they wouldn't help id never go there
I didn't purchase but they did respond to my online enquiry quickly. I thought they would have been more competitive price wise, they were quiet expensive when compared to the other quotes I got, pays to shop around

My car was often losing power and was very jerky all the time - I phoned and was given a spot the following day - which was great - The problem was my Spark Plugs - they were the original ones from when I got the car 11yrs ago - I had been very diligent in getting it serviced regularly so was surprised - they were 'Long Life' spark plugs - I had to have new ones transported in -I had my car back the same day - it was running smoothly and I am very happy. The service was brilliant and professional - the work was great and I got a Gold Card discount on the parts which was helpful - I have decided to use this Pit Stop as my regular garage from now on
