   I had a suspected oil leak...between dropping off my car, getting a quote for repair and the service being finished...outstanding! Quick communication, and the cost wasn't extreme. I also love the deal they do of cleaning the interior if you spend over a certain amount. It really made my car feel cared for. I will 100% be going here from now on.

   Great prices, and I loved how great their communication was. They let me know via txt and email, as well as phone calls, what was happening every step of the way. And when I jumped in my car, they had cleaned the interior!! And it was a mess... I have 3 dogs who go everywhere with me, so there was fur everywhere... and it was all clean and smelled amazing!! I really liked that they put the rubbish in a bag and put it in the back incase there was something in it I needed. Absolutely will use again if I need a reliable and trustworthy mechanics A++

   The service was above and beyond !! The two Glenns are such wonderful welcoming people. I didnt feel intimidated walking, inside being a female and afraid of getring hussled. Which by the way did not happen at all!!. The staff provided honest, phenomenal service, sourcing the best priced parts maybe taking a day or two longer than advised but, i saw that as amazing service as they have your best interest in mind and not out to make a quick buck by taking the first quote given. The communication was outstanding and consistent. Glenn and Glen thank you so much for restoring my faith in the great industry and service your company provides. Whanau I highly recommend you take your vehicle to these guys. Remember the name Grimmer Motors Heaphy Terrace Hamilton. You will not be disappointed, Seriously!!!    We took our hybrid in to get the drivers door window fixed. It was super easy to get it checked, they found the issues and communicated options and costs with us and fixed it quickly with no problems. We also asked to get a WOF done at the last minute and they took care of it very quickly. Great service and price, we will definitely go back.

   First time trusting a new mechanic and Grimmer Motors were absolutely fantastic! They did such a thorough job, kept me updated every step of the way, provided a courtesy car, and gave a detailed layman's report on the invoice so I knew exactly what I was being charged for. Their pricing was also fantastic and every person I met there was so kind! They also have an awesome deal where they donate money they receive from dead car batteries to plant native trees which is just the cherry on top. Would highly recommend.

   Friendly and helpful guys at reception. Great communication while they fixed a simple (probably) but messy job for me. They also told me they are prepared to tackle any mechanical problem. Great to be able to talk to the workers, not just a face behind a counter.

   Good service and online booking was very easy. I only gave 4 star rating as I was expecting there will be free car wash and vacuum for car dropped early but haven't got one even if I did dropped my car early in the morning and picked it up late in the afternoon. However, I am still happy with their service and would definitely come back in my next car service and WOF.

   Made a booking for a WOF. Got told to leave my car overnight. 24hrs passed, rang them to check if WOF had been processed, the response was no due to being too busy. Decided to pick up car, upon arrival noticed that the rear view mirror has been pulled off the windscreen and left on the passenger seat. Not only did my WOF not get processed despite booking an appointment, I picked the car up being damaged.
