   I brought my car in to have both the driver’s and passenger’s windows repaired, as neither was functioning. I was quoted $920 for new window motors and labour. However, after collecting my car, both windows were still not working properly despite being charged for the repairs and replacement parts. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing, and I won’t be returning to this company in the future.

   I am very disappointed with the service. You did not give me a quote before changing the headlight. I already had cheaper quotes from another auto shop, but you went ahead with the work without telling me the price. In the end, you charged me much more compared to others. This is not transparent or fair service.

   Good communication with reception, good quality service overall. It was more pricey for WOF, and other work. I wouldn’t return just because of price difference from other two garages I’ve been. BUT the mechanic and receptionist did have good professional service. Can not fault the customer service or work.
