   Very bad experience! We had an appointment on Thursday at 1 pm. We arrived on time, but the woman at the front desk told us the technicians were on their lunch break and that we had to wait for them to come back. After 50 minutes, we went back to the desk and they finally took our van. We came for a brake noise, and a very kind mechanic checked the van for about 15 minutes. He told us it was probably just some dust, but he couldn’t apply the product because they “didn’t have time” and that we needed to book an appointment, which we had already done. He then told us we would have to do it ourselves and that we could buy a spray in their shop. And all of that for $70. Pretty expensive for nothing.

   Rescued me on a Friday afternoon (everyone's favourite time to break down) - super friendly and practical, down to getting me to call the insurance to sort the roadside assist aspect while we waited for the towie (that they also organised for me) ... which also required lending me a phone because I'd misplaced mine. (They've given me great service in the past, but sorting out this debacle was definitely above and beyond.) Thoroughly recommended.

   Had my car towed to them on Thursday around mid day and they had it fixed and ready by the end of the same day. Excellent turn around for a starter motor. I was so thankful as really needed that car for my holiday the next day. Amazing.
