   Had my car towed here late at night after my alternator broke on the Waikato Expressway. After coming in the next morning they were too busy to look at my car but were helpful enough to run a quick diagnostics and talk me through the repair. I was able to use their carpark for the afternoon and got my car fixed to get me back home to Hawkes Bay the same day. Thanks!

   Requested photo of issue with car, the person sounded extremely defensive. When showing me in person they always seem to say it's in areas where the customer cannot see and charge high values. When asking on estimate of labour they used the term "around X amount". Update: spoke to other mechanics on the price of the services I got in the past and was told they were overcharging me severely.

   Can't speak highly enough of Ben , Ryan and the team at Melville service centre....we have been bringing our two cars here for many years and after moving away from Melville and trying out a local garage, who missed two things on our wof and were extremely rude whilst doing so (Dinsdale roundabout garage to name and shame) we are happily back with the boys who not only have always been good honest mechanics who are awesome at their jobs but will actually take the time from their busy day to respect their valuable customers and give helpful advice when needed. These guys have made thousands off us over the years and will continue to do so because they are hands down the BEST GARAGE IN HAMILTON

   Christmas Eve day and the guys managed to fit my car in with no booking at all. My car had been serviced and got a wof at another place two days ago and hadn’t tightened the battery connector properly so my car shut down completely, these guys worked their magic and now my kids and I can still go away for Christmas. I am beyond grateful for their time! Super great guys, will now be my regular.
