I took my car here today and had a great experience, the girls on the desk were lovely and they replaced the drive belt at no additional cost even though it was cracked and needed replacing! They’re for the girls

Great service, everyone was nice, had an issue with a new ball joint and they sorted it but said it needed wheel alignment, they couldn’t do it but got in touch with another mechanics down the road that could get it sorted right away. The people working there are amazing and very helpful and explained everything to me that was wrong and got it all fixed up. Super grateful!
This company has ripped me off, they did not do what I requested for, so they over charged me for it and he couldn't solve the problem over the phone, anyways, I wanted a golden full service as requested and before i left my vehicle with them, they said they can do that, however they gave me a bronze full service instead plus WOF full service without telling me or letting me know until they completed the job that i didnt want or requested for, so it ended costing me an extra $600 to get my car released from their company, compared to what i wanted for my vehicle that is only $400 max, so do the math, 400 + 600 is 1000, all I wanted from your company is a golden service that only cost 400$ but ended up costing me 1080$, ripped me off
These people are the BEST!!!!!!! just the best. Absolutely love their customer service and workmanship…may not be the cheapest but at least you’re 110% confident your car has been fixed to the highest standard!!!!
Amazing service, communication was great and there were no issues to match a quote I had got from another mechanic for some tyres. They stuck to the range they quoted too for other stuff I needed. I went back a few weeks later as had a guard under my car come loose and they got a guy onto it straight away, was a simple job but I was out of there in 20min so I wasn’t too late for work, awesome service! Lady behind the counter is super friendly and helpful too, I’ll be going back
Absolutely shocking service , was told one thing on the phone only to turn up and have the horrible grumpy old lady on reception try and charge us more. The mechanic could not even speak for himself and didn't seem to know what he was doing. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND.
