   I left my car at this shop for servicing. During that time, the mechanic misused my car and had an accident that damaged the front bumper. I have a hidden dash camera installed, and when I picked up my car, I noticed the bumper was smashed. At first, the mechanic denied any responsibility, but once I showed him the dash camera footage, he admitted and fixed the damage. This experience broke my trust completely. A professional mechanic should take care of customers’ vehicles, not misuse them and deny responsibility. I will not be returning to this shop in the future.

   I have been bringing our cars to Don, Gail and the team at Autoway regularly since 2006. I trust them completely to provide honest and expert advice - they never suggest anything that doesn't need to be done. On the odd occasions when I have needed urgent repairs they have been able to accommodate those requirements as well. There wouldn't be much Don doesn't know about MX-5s. I wouldn't want to take my business anywhere else.
