   Miter 9 out of 10 is almost perfect. They have almost everything i want. They have the lowest prices on everything almost all the time. They have the nicest most helpful staff who have been able to help me find what i need 99% of the time. And other than the weird gas lighting about their closing time a few weeks ago (that was the first non-holiday they ever closed at 5:pm and pretended it was their normal everyday closing time) they have always been honest in every interaction with me.

   I rate this mitre 10. Everytime I've been here I've left with what I need and some. Today I went in for some pots totaling $400 but they were discounted down to only $80. And the last time I went I was just getting some charcoal and they had $1000 umbrellas down to $250 because the box was damaged. The staff are always super helpful and friendly. And the bbq section is always well stocked.

   Hate to leave reviews, especially bad ones but when a business is lacking behind they need to know so there is an opportunity for change. I would personally prefer to know in my own business. I come in for work relatively often, & the past few times coming in I have noticed a decline in customer service - particularly being seen to/helped out. Yesterday I waited around 10 minutes for someone to come along to the tool area to unlock a cabinet for me, no one came, so I went up to the help desk. Polite young girl put over the intercom for someone to come give me a hand on the aisle - & another 10 minutes passed with no one showing up. I stood at the end of the aisle to make it very obvious I was waiting on some assistance. I ended up just leaving unfortunately. There have been a few instances of this sort of thing for quite some time, but yesterday was particularly poor & I won’t be rushing back anytime soon. I often avoid Mitre 10 for these reasons, but Mitre 10 was the only place carrying stock of a particular item I needed. On a side note: I bought a fire pit a week or so ago & it was already rusted to hell & not to the same standard as both the display models & even the legs that came in the same box. (The box was taped up so was not able to site it in store). Not a major as it will live outside & eventually get rusted anyway, but you do expect new items to be, new. Hope to eventually see some changes in the future, but I don’t have enough time in the day to continue any shopping here going forward.

   We are in the process of doing our kitchen with Mitre 10 and have been so impressed with the service so far provided by Lynda and Amy. The whole process has been easy and they are more than accomodating when I have changed my mind on plans. All other staff we have dealt with have also been super helpful. Highly recommend.

   Awesome store!! Staffs are really knowledgeable. They can help you with any of your queries. Each section has a assigned expert. This store is something special they have a drive through shopping which was really exciting. As usual quality of the product is really good. Because they have the branded products. Good for all your house needs. Strongly recommended for the Hamilton East, Hill crest and Fairview people.
