The provided an accurate estimate for the repair, sourced all the necessary parts and had the car up and running in one day. They kept me updated on the progress of sourcing the parts and at the end provided a comprehensive report on the condition of the car including photos.    By far the best vehicle service center I've come across. They have a very large range of services for your vehicles .the staff are fantastic very friendly helpful and there quality of work is second to none. I highly recommend you take you car there for pretty much everything you need doing.    Great service and knowledge from Ryan of my BMW 7series....not a common car so felt apprehensive about getting ripped off but after talking with Ryan I was confident my car was in good hands. It felt so much smoother when I picked it up. I paid for top service and I believe I got it. He even recommended a specialist for a job that was not in their expertise.    Great place, fully loaded. waiting won't be boring, Bunnings, nursery, maybe a courier pickup or groceries around. Accepts appointment a day before. Appreciable service but mindful of hourly charge, can blow your bill for oil changes.

   I don’t have anything bad to say about the team here at Collins! I had a fair bit of work done to my car and it’s turned out exactly how I imagined.    I would go for two stars for their friendliness. I would recommend here if you don’t mind such a lacking and poor communications which always made me call them first to figure out what’s going on for the job of diagnosis and replacing a faulty part, and $1,766 as the total cost for my Mazda which engine didn’t start due to the faulty part ‘steering lock control module’.
