“Wonderful place to bring family and friends! We had an (arctic) blast last time we went, had a lot to do and see with all the activities and shows althroughout. Please note though that rides do have a height requirement which they are a bit strict with for safety reasons. The rest are pretty accessible to the young and young at heart. A bit pricey but you doget a lot of enjoyment and knowledge out of it.”

“So cool! Good value for money! Had a shuttle if you didn't feel like walking. Lots of cool animals to see. Even got to feed the giraffes! Very ethical place no forcing the animals to interact it's all on there terms. Plenty of very friendly staff and awesome guides.”

“I only had limited time in Christchurch. Our scheduled day trip to Mt. Sunday (Edoras filming location) was canceled due to extreme weather conditions. Our driver, Cheryl, volunteered to take us the following day even though they hadn't planned to do a tour then. Our tour was amazing! Cheryl is a great and knowledgeable guide and the scenery is stunning. It was an incredible trip and I'm so thankful they worked to make it happen for us. I highly recommend this tour whether you're a fan of the Lord of the Rings or not! Thank you for an awesome trip!”

“Caitlin was a life saver, my mom and I was looking forward to the Tranzalpine train tour we booked. It was cancelled a few days prior due to lack of min req people, but I didn’t see it because I was travelling. The day before the supposed event, I panicked and called the hotline and Caitlin, during her after hours, kindly helped me to arrange for another day. Thank you!”

“Nice Club this one. Stopped here for lunch and was served up a great meal at very generous prices. They have all the facilities with pool and snooker plus a great gaming room. Just note it is a chartered club so you need to be signed in by a member or an affiliate from another club. Car parking is out front with HWMC on each park. If you want a nice meal and chat with friends and family this is a good place.”

“Absolutely outstanding service from King's Cab Christchurch for my recent airport transfer. The driver was punctual (our pick up was 6.30AM), courteous, and navigated through traffic with ease. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, making my journey stress-free, not to mention that we have 23 luggages for 12 persons. I highly recommend King's Cab for reliable and professional transportation in Christchurch”

“Great experience. Check-in was quick. Park is huge with lots of space between campers. Kitchen, BBQ, and washrooms were brand new. Laundry takes 2x $2 coins per machine. Overall great stay would recommend. Recommendations for park: double sided dump stations to allow more efficient departure times”

“I was privileged to be a member of the first guided tour group. The complete tour travelled on all three of their trains from Auckland to Queenstown (includes a bus sectoin from Greymouth) but due to time constraints I only went as far as Christchurch. This was a wonderful trip with stops along the way - all organised ahead of time. Some stops were just one night with others two nights. Some sightseeing tours were included eg cablecar ride, Marlborough wine tour and city sights tours whilst others were optional extras egpunting in Christchurch and whale watching in Kaikoura. Most meals were included with some on the trains. Our tour guide, Mark, demonstrated his great love for NZ and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We also had time to ourselves to rest, hire a bike and wander through the shops, galleries and museums etc. The trains had onboard commentaries and were very comfortable with large viewing windows to take in the spectacular scenery. Also met Valerie, Graham and Emma from the booking office. A fantastic team. Loved every minute.”

He also arranged to get us a flight out of Christchurch at no extra cost after our Wellington one to Brisbane was changed to the early morning flight which meant we would have had to fly up the previous day and stay the night. “This is the only Free-Range Open Range zoo in all of Aotearoa. People ALWAYS have a great time when they visit here. They come in smiling with anticipation and go out at 5pm closing time with a BIG GRIN all over their faces and the faces of their children.”

“We just returned our campervan to Pacific Horizon which we rented from them for three weeks and wow, what a great company! The campervan was in amazing condition, the lovely staff give you a full run-down on how everything in the van works (and happily answer all your silly questions). When one of the tires on our van was punctured, Debs and Maryanne were extremely helpful they had us booked in for a tyre change in less than half an hour! Really makes a different renting from a small family run business, will definitely rent from Pacific again! :)”

“We have just been on a 16 day trip to Vietnam. We had an amazing holiday. Our accommodation was fantastic at each of our destinations and the transfers that we booked made life so easy getting to and from where we stayed. From the minute we sat down with Nicole to plan our trip to when we flew home was fabulous. Nicole really helped us plan a holiday that gave us everything we were looking for. We had a flight changed at the last minute by the airlines and the team at World Travellers got our new flights and accommodation all sorted. We were really relaxed the whole trip knowing that if anything went wrong we only had to call Nicole and the World Travellers team and any problem would be solved. We are looking forward to our next trip now and wouldn't consider trying to book ourselves or use anyone else.
