A friend and I just had a terrible customer service experience, my friend was trying to by a vape she is of age (21) the rude cashier claimed that wasn’t her, he said that because she had brown her in her photo and currently had blonde hair it’s wasn’t her, she showed her Facebook, Apple ID(which matches her bday) and an old picture of her with brown hair, fair enough if you don’t want to serve some one but I’m sorry that’s a joke. Terrible customer service, bro takes his job way too seriously, god forbid a girl wants a puff.

I would leave 0 stars if an option! Went to this BP to find out that the entire POS terminal had a meltdown, in which they could not accept EFTPOS or my Everyday Rewards discount (which was the only reason why I went). It took about 5 minutes for the employee to activate the pump to allow me to actually start filling my car. Finally to top it off, I had to withdraw $40 cash using the ATM in the store which incurred a $3 surcharge, and then the employee is incapable of even giving me the correct change, in which I got $0 change for $28 worth of fuel and I paid with 2 $20 notes. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS FUEL STATION AND I SUGGEST OTHERS AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Popped down to the Papanui BP on Tuesday morning to fill up my car with the kids in the back after our morning excursions. As I am colourblind I struggled to find the right pump for my car, however luckily Josh came straight to the rescue informing me that I was using the diesel pump for my Mazda CX-5 which takes petrol! He was very kind about my mistake however he decided to tell me a story about his dead cat while the tank filled up. This did bring down my mood a bit, but I understand a problem shared is a problem halved! All the best with your grief Josh and may your cat Gravel rest in peace.

Jass singh is the most outstanding staff member I have ever had pleasure to deal with at a petrol station. I now make a point only to full up my Grand Cherokee at BP Papanui. I am a 54 yr old women and he has taken the time to show me several times the point system and help out app on my phone. All the staff are friendly but this gentleman makes my day. Fueling up is not a fun job but he makes it with a smile. Well done. Jody Zimmerman-Thompson

Been coming here for many years, and still amazed people think it's OK to put there dirty feet on the seat in front of them! They should warned then asked to leave or fined! Also the sound system in the extreme screen is excessively loud. There is absolutely no need for the volume to be deafening throughout the showing! I know other people including elderly people who feel the same about this!

The BP Papanui have amazing staff. Staff member Danielle was very helpful, polite and great customer skills. An elderly lady needed her gas put in for her and Danielle was so polite to her. Danielle served customer's and then promptly ran outside and did forecourt concierge for the lady. Another staff member came out from behind the counter to explain the hot food cabinet. I really appreciated how helpful the staff here are. Keep up the great work guys.
