    The company sent a taxi to pick up and late for 1 hour. We were so confused when waiting at the pick up location. They were not inside the bus interchange platform. We need to contact with the agency for further assistance. Driver was not so helpful and we were sucked at the hotel because of the heavy rain but the driver only suggested to send us back. And actually the hiking area was no more rain. We saw so many tourists there hiking and we spent an hour at the hotel which just because he said weather no good. And the driver was talking in the phone with the speaker all the time even when talking to us, I felt not being respected.

    Raj was my taxi driver about four times today and he was absolutely fantastic. I was in Christchurch on a work trip taking a speaker to educational events. Raj’s professionalism was absolutely incredible - if he said he was going to be somewhere at a certain time then he was there almost to the minute. So nice to be able to relax and focus on the speaker and events, not the logistics of transport. His cab was also roomy, spacious and exceptionally clean. Thank you so much Raj!     Mr Rajwin has provided excellent services for us and brought us to many areas of interest such as Sumner beach, little river, Barry cheese factory, Cheskin to take beautiful pictures of the cherry blossoms, akaroa and panurui beach.     The cab driver SUNNY (Toyota RAV 4 Hybrid) charged me $60 plus debit card fee of 3% from Airport to City Centre. I enquired about the seemingly high fare for the 10km distance and he showed me a fare chart which could not justify the charges. However, he insisted that his calculated fare was correct. I paid him as I didn’t want to get into an argument. I have checked the estimated fare on King Cabs App. It comes to $48. I was ripped off by at least $14. Not a very nice experience. BEWARE of such dodgy drivers. Get an estimate before hand.

    Taxi from Airport, driver was courteous and car good, even though his method of driving was poor. Having been involved in no fault accidents, I did not appreciate that the driver ran a red right turn arrow and also ignored a stop sign. Also the fare was not easily visible, and was not stated until I had handed over my card with the final fare being calculated out of view.
