   Not sure the name , but the big tall guy was so rude when I went to return. I thought like other company they would have receipt on my email. When asked please pass my feedback that this message is to be passed to customer he is like that is your problem in such a loud tone. Never coming back again at this particular place.

   I was in the store and a customer was upset about something and the sales Assistant said very loud " This is a fifty year old man" I herd it from the other side of the store. I spoke to the man out of the store and I said I thought the assistant was shocking so I agreed to do this for him.

   I recently visited the Mountain Warehouse at Tower Junction, and I was thoroughly impressed! Here are some highlights from my experience: Wide Range of Products: They offer an extensive selection of outdoor clothing and equipment, from hiking gear to ski wear. Whether you're an avid adventurer or just need some casual outdoor wear, they have you covered! Friendly Staff: The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to assist me in finding exactly what I needed and provided great recommendations. Affordable Prices: I found their prices to be very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the products. Plus, they often have great discounts! Convenient Location: Located at Unit 8, Tower Junction Mega Centre, it’s easy to access and has ample parking. Overall, I would rate my experience a solid 5/5!    Love this store. For those of us who don't chase big labels with big price tags, this is the perfect compromise! I would have given 5 stars but for one reason... The girl who served my son and I was sweet and charming with the right attitude, but she hadn't had the training that would enable her to answer my questions. When an online survey appeared in my inbox, I answered honestly about my experience and the failure to have my questions answered. This led to the parent company in UK to reach out and ask what my questions were. We purchased a 3in1 jacket that proudly stated it was made from recycled materials...I wished to know more about the process. The girl who served us didn't know and either UK didn't know or weren't prepared to share! Just because something is recycled, doesn't mean it's process is best practice for the planet. My question was how are the dyes stripped from the fabrics being recycled, what happens to those chemicals once the colour has been stripped away? I would have given maybe half a star off to the girl who served me, as I said she was sweet and had a great attitude, but mountain warehouse I think if you are going to boldly state as the MAIN FEATURE AND SELLING POINT OF A PRODUCT that it is made from recycled materials, then you need to be up front about whether processes used are ethical, after all as per photo, there is no name of the jacket on the neck tag, just the name MTN warehouse and made of recycled materials

   Bought two pairs of shoes here on sale. Unfortunately the cheaper pair had a bit of a manufacturing issue so I returned them. I spent probably all of 2 minutes at the counter returning them, and the worker there was very friendly and helpful. Very painless and easy. The other pair is holding up very well and they are very comfortable.
