   Rubbish House of travel. They don’t even deserve a single star. This is the first time that happened to me. Booked a flexi fare flight 4 months ago and detailing that I need a visa to go to Australia. Paid full in advance too! We should be flying today but couldn’t. Trusting them as ticketing agency that they know what they are doing. Miscommunication is their specialty! I had applied for my visa too late due to miscommunications. Casual sorry and charging us more with the flexi rate paid. Very disappointed ☹️
