“Purchased some surf socks after seeing them while purchasing my new hood. Wore them for the first time this morning on a cold Winters morning and they were awesome! Warmest booties/socks I have ever had (and customer service)...and I've surfed for decades. Feet were toastie warm, didn't feel the cold water what's so ever. Thanks SeventhWave Team! AJ”
“I’ve ordered numerous items from P3 over the years. The site is easy to navigate and payment is made simple. Items always arrive timely and well protected in packaging. Thanks for making it an easy process.”
“Enquired about a treadmill for a 40 unit complex we manage. They redirected us to an appropriate machine rather than the 1-5 user machine we thought we'd need. All communication was prompt, professional and clear! They delivered it for us and went above and beyond to make it happen in a timely manner! Highly recommend- lovely guys and very accommodating! Will be my go-to if we ever need anything else!”
“This is my first time purchasing from P3 but was impressed with the speed they processed and couriered the order. The product arrived first thing next business day - from Christchurch. And pricing was very competitive. all in all I am very impressed. Thank you.”

If your looking for a gym this one’s for you”
“Very helpful staff members. Was able to try on a variety of different shoes and test them outside to determine the correct fit before a purchase. Will come back for my next pair of trail running shoes.”
“Fast, reliable and friendly service. Great quality skort received, love the utility pocket - it comes in handy when playing lawn bowls. I purchased a size 14 but will probably order a 12 next time. Great price.”
“Went to another bike shop first and regretted it when they didn't fix the braking issue and nearly caused a crash. Scotty Browns, great service with friendly, knowledgeable bike mechanics and super fast. Booked it online Saturday. Repaired by Monday lunchtime.”
“Great atmosphere, greeted upon entry (but not in superficial way), and Staff are very friendly. They definitely put more effort into making sure you have a good experience shopping than 99% of retailers, great deals too. Highly recommend checking it out.”
“Steve was awesome. I had come into the store looking for a watch that was well over spec'd for my needs. He asked 3 simple question, recommended I get a watch half the price and I'm loving it + it still does more than I need. Can't recommend enough! Thanks Steve”
“Great customer service. A timely delivery and refund. Our chosen pants didn’t quite fit so sadly had to return them - their communication and refund was so quick. I would happily buy from them again.”
“Incredible customer service after a shambles with GrabOne going into liquidation. Springfree honoured the order, and our wee one absolutely loves the trampoline. Has made for some fun family evenings in the sun after work. Thanks so much for helping create some cool family memories!”
“Highly recommended shop, fantastic service from Hugh! I had purchased a surfboard for my son for Christmas and travelled with the boxed gift up North but threw the packaging half way to our destination (long story), only to realize when we got to the beach that I was missing the fins. Hugh replied to my distressed email within half an hour and said he would dispatch a set of fins with Post Haste. More complications arise, but Hugh went above and beyond what one would've expected, and I had one happy kid surfing at Sandy Bay!! Thank you so much, Exit Surf!”
“James and the team are just fantastic. Nothing is ever a problem, yes they can make it happen. A genuine personal touch to everything. Highly recommend.”

“Amazing friendly service and specialist advice. I would highly recommend coming here for your hockey needs.”
“Went in today (Sunday 2nd Feb) to get my super trousers repaired, and the guy in the shop has one of the most OG kiwi accents I have ever heard! 'Helpful as, good as good, away laughing, a bloody good gag, we'll sort you out.' I would have loved to stay and chat all day but he had other customers to serve. Cactus is the best!”
“Great service!! I took my old bike in to get a couple of repairs done. James quickly fixed it, plus did a few bonus tweaks to it as well. He explained how I could further improve the condition of my bike and also gave me good advice on the pros and cons on the maintenance of my current bike vs buying a new one. Thanks James, I appreciated your service.”
“Ah, Cycleways Bike Shop—a true gem of the bike repair world and, apparently, a haven for stranded gravel bikes needing a bit of TLC. My visit here was not just a transaction; it was an experience of unexpected camaraderie, stellar service, and the kind of goodwill you don’t always expect right after the festive chaos of Christmas. Here’s the blow-by-blow of what went down: • The Welcome: I was greeted by a friendly American bloke, the kind who makes you feel like you’ve just entered his home rather than a shop. Polite, cheerful, and dangerously competent—this guy knew his stuff. He took my forlorn Giant SLR gravel bike under his wing, nodding knowingly as I explained its myriad woes. • The Plan: A brake bleed? Done. A new 10-speed chain cut? Sorted. Promised me I could pick it up the next day, which is either mad optimism or sheer confidence at this time of year. • The Execution: True to their word, I got the “your bike is ready” text the very next day. I shot over quicker than a downhill run, and there she was, gleaming like new (well, close enough). • The Chain: Cut perfectly—no clanking, rattling, or regretful sighs. • The Brakes: Bled and back to stopping power. A year of neglect on the trainer? Consider it forgiven. • The Derailleurs: Oh, and they went rogue here in the best way—gave both the front and rear derailleurs a tweak, just because they could. Shifting was smoother than my best race day. • The Cost: $130 for the lot, and this included some above-and-beyond touches. For post-Christmas service, that’s a steal. • The Verdict: They’re not my regular bike shop, but they’re making a compelling case to be. The combination of excellent workmanship, reasonable pricing, and downright good vibes was enough to win me over. Would I recommend them? Absolutely. If you’ve got a gravel bike—or any bike, really—that’s been sitting around, Cycleways will whip it back into shape faster than you can say “brake bleed.” Final thoughts: They’re a good lot. Pop in if you want proper service without the faff.”
“Awesome family business. Sell a wide variety of recreational gear that is not on their website. The son knows his stuff and backs it up with his fishing. Highly recommend”
“The wealth of knowledge in this store is incredible. Not just with gear, but local resort and club. I went in to get a board wax and edge ($40 - done in one day) for my first ever season in Christchurch. Ended up spending around an hour across both days talking to Andrew and one of the owners about the local club scene, how it all works, how each club is slightly different down to how certain weather patterns change certain fields. They aren't pushy sales people, but I left thinking my setup is holding me back and this is the last season on my current kit. Their detailed knowledge down to the type of edges on your board just always made sense. I'll be hitting this place first when it's time.”
