Excellent service and responses from pushbike Rangiora. Went to several bike shops and spent a lot of time researching but ultimately went with these guys as listened carefully to what we wanted, didn’t try to over sell and were honest about both good bits and limitations of what we were buying. The mechanics are brilliant. Riding Sound to Sound and have been nursing dodgy gears for 4 days. Straightened my hanger. Tuned her up again and back on the bike with a sore arse but no dodgy gears. Thank you. Love ya work

What a great experience. I had no intention on this day to purchase a new E-Bike but the way that Hugo Hobby took me through the process and explained what was required for me had me confidently purchasing a new bike within a very short time. Came away very happy with my purchase. Was more than I has wanted to pay but the salesman was very good at explaining that by paying more I was getting much better value for money.
I normally have a pretty good honest experience here but this weekend I popped in to sort out a puncture, and the young fella who is a trainee mechanic took that up a notch. He was helpful made me feel like he had my best interest at heart in a genuine and natural manner.
What a great bike buying experience. Starting with Jack, who helped me out the first time I came in. He had a vast knowledge of the bikes, an excellent attitude & couldn’t have been more helpful. After taking a few weeks to think I came back and got Reuben. Once again I received super helpful advice & just an awesome attitude. I wheeled my new bike out knowing that I’ll always be coming back to this exact store thanks to the memorable customer service. Thanks guys, if I owned a bike shop I’d be trying to hire you both.
