Iβm just back from scuba diving in Fiji and my custom-made wetsuit from Seventh Wave was fantastic. After 4-5 dives, itβs become one of my most comfortable wetsuits ever that kept me toasty warm even on deep dives at 30m. The measuring process was painless and very efficiently done. Thanks so much; well done!!

When it was finally time to replace my 25yr old Seventh Wave Vortex Wetsuit (which is used in the Central Otago Lakes for Waterskiing) it was a no brainer. But I was concerned about ordering straight off measurements alone. The team at SW answered even question and made the process so easy. New Wetsuit suit arrived yesterday and fits perfectly, amazing service, amazing product. Would highly recommend and when you compare represents amazing value. Here's to another 25 yrs.... Thanks

I bought a Max 3/2 wetsuit, primarily for winter/cold-ish swimming, but with a view to also be able to use it for other activities. It's super comfortable, and I haven't experienced any signs of chafing, which is apparently common in open water swimming. The fit is perfect, and although it was almost spot on off the shelf, I'm glad that I was able to have it customised to make sure that it was just right, not just "nearly right" - this seems to make a big difference both for warmth and comfort. I also took the opportunity to pick my own colours, and love how it came out! Although it's thin and supple, it has kept me warm down to 10 degrees, which makes it usable throughout winter here in Christchurch. Once the water got colder, I've combined it with a 0.5mm leg/sleeveless undersuit for a bit of extra warmth, but I haven't confirmed if this was needed or not. Great to be buying from a local business with super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff!

Purchased some surf socks after seeing them while purchasing my new hood. Wore them for the first time this morning on a cold Winters morning and they were awesome! Warmest booties/socks I have ever had (and customer service)...and I've surfed for decades. Feet were toastie warm, didn't feel the cold water what's so ever. Thanks SeventhWave Team! AJ

After hearing the locals rave about the durability and quality of SeventhWave suits, I finally took the plunge and ordered a custom fit. Because my waist is smaller than most men my size, normal suits would bag up with water around my mid section and kidneys when I sat on my board. This never happens with my custom, and as a result, it is noticeably warmer. They also drain and dry twice as fast, due to the quality neoprene. I've since bought a suit for every season of the year. My oldest, and primary 7th wave suit is 7 seasons old, and still very water tight. These folks stand behind their products and I can't imagine ever using another brand again. Customer for Life!

When I was working in the sea as a Japanese life saver 20 years ago, I stopped by the store on my way home to choose a wetsuit, and the staff was kind to me and gave me a plastic bottle holder. I still love it. Thank you. from HAYATO

After several years of buying cheaper big brand winter wet suits I finally bought a 4/3 Max Zirconium lined custom suit from Seventh Wave. Super warm - surfing middle of winter in Dunedin NZ with water temps around 9 degrees and can easily stay out 2 - 2.5hrs without getting cold (no under top). Also the best suit I've had for paddling. Feels slightly thicker than your normal 4/3. Drys super fast. Feels and looks made to last so I'm confident the extra cost will amortize over a few years.

Seventh Wave (Max custom fit) wetsuits are my preferred choice (cold water surf) when compared to major brands (can't even compare with cheaper options). Add a friendly and prompt customer service with the repair services and the result is 4+ year use out of a wettie that's on the water 3 to 6 times a week. 5 Star

First time buying a wetsuit and was really happy to find a New Zealand owned and made company. I believe itβs important to support the locals and our economy. From the second I walked in the door I was welcomed immediately, I explained my situation not knowing what I needed and they figured out exactly what I did need for a winter wetsuit, with great explanation and knowledge I felt confident in my choice from their expertise and high quality of product. They also offered a custom fitting, and am now expecting my custom wetsuit in 10 days. All the staff were incredibly helpful and supportive and super friendly, especially Sarah the owner who took great care of me. Amazing service from everyone and highly recommend in coming here. Looking forward to coming back!
