   This is an excellent store with very friendly staff. As soon as we walked in, we were welcomed and asked what we needed. They helped us choose the right clothing sizes. There are many attractive options for ski goggles, helmets, and clothing. We are extremely satisfied. The cashier is also very handsome and has a sunny smile. By the way, I also received some very cute stickers.

   Very friendly and patient staff, even when crowded at peak hours. They helped us to equip out 6 years old twins and me for 1st time skiing, we tried clothes as well and no problem when we decided not to take it. They are very flexible, they provided us with the chains on the last moment and my gears too. On the return, I just asked them if they could rebook us with the same gear for the following weekend and it was no problem with it. No need to follow up.

   Hands down the best rental skis I've ever used, the chick who was on Tuesday morning sorted me out with the perfect package for my skiing style and the mountain conditions. I skied for a solid six hours without pain and could count on the skis to grip on the firm and handle in the slush.

   We dealt with Ned and Olivia and they were fantastic. Nothing was a problem and the service was outstanding. We had two family’s ranging from 3yr olds to teenagers and some of us required Heli ski equipment. Ned set up snowboards, moved bindings around and dealt with everything with ease. Nothing was a problem. I watched Oliva deal with strung out parents that were unnecessarily rude to her with great poise and professionalism. This place, the equipment and most importantly the staff in it are top notch. It was much easier getting our gear gear than lugging it through international airports. Very highly recommend this business.
