Had some great assistance with a bike issue there, was quick and proficient. Would recommend. Also had a good selection of bikes and accessories and parts, I wasn't there for that, but the store seemed really good too. Good service. Would go there again.
I asked to repair my classic bike’s flat tire and broken brakes on Sunday afternoons. They repaired that less than 1hour! Thank you for super quick and excellent job!
Oh my god! I went to get my 3-year-old daughter's bike serviced, and they checked it, adjusted it, and everything seemed fine, just a little oil. They didn't charge me anything! Great service!! I took my old bike in to get a couple of repairs done. James quickly fixed it, plus did a few bonus tweaks to it as well. He explained how I could further improve the condition of my bike and also gave me good advice on the pros and cons on the maintenance of my current bike vs buying a new one. Friendly staff in store, got the kids scooters for Xmas, they emailed me a receipt after taking my email. Shortly after the grip tape on the deck of one of the scooters started to come off. I replied to the email (support@evo) a few times asking what could be done but got no response. The grip tape has come off completely now. Maybe I’ve got the wrong email address but there doesn’t appear to be a way to email the individual stores directly and its a bad sign when a support email is ignored
Bought a defective Xcell fusion light from them. One Metal strips corroded an obviously corroded in less than two ride. Brought the item to be replaced and was told they will send it to the manufacturer to be fixed. Did a follow-up two weeks after and was told item was on its way. When promises due date for replacement was missed I called and was told that the manufacturer didnt get back to them with regards to the item. Really disappointed. Hopefully they can sort this out at the time of writing. Update: Has been resolved. Cheers for finding a resolution.
i asked if they can change a inner tube onsite, they dealt with me right away, 20mins later I m on my way again. super friendly and helpful staff. resonable price. 5stars
After 3 weeks of paying for an electric bike still haven’t received it it’s only when we go in have all the excuses finally we had enough of waiting wanting our money back was an issue we have never received any communication or sory it wes 3 weeks we missed out on using and also the sales I find this very unsatisfactory
Was served on 14/9/2022 by David. We were tyre kicking when we went into Evo and looking at bikes for our very tall son. David was on a call while a salesman was out the front of shop taking a family for a fit test on a bike. As soon as David was off the phone to a customer he came over and asked if we needed some help. We said we were looking at this stage and David asked who we were buying for, not assuming if it was for one of us, which was very good. We explained about our lad how he rides etc. David knew exactly what we were after and whittled down to two brands of bikes. The price of the bike was very reasonable and with David giving us the features and how these would benefit our son we felt as if didn't need to go anywhere else and made the purchase. I explained what had happened to his bike and what type of lubricant I was putting on the chain. I was apparently doing it wrong, but David didn't mock me or scoff at what I thought was right. I've been in this situation before and it's very off putting, where I'd pack up and go somewhere else. With this I'm bringing in the old bike and getting it repaired by Evo. David from what could gather is a bike mechanic (am I wrong?) and doesn't usually run the floor. His product knowledge is just amazing and both my wife and I were blown away. He needs to be selling more bikes!! Thank you David for making it easy for us.
A great service experience! I found a bike in stock which I wanted to try out and after calling in the morning the team had made up the bike for me to come in and try by lunch. Joel made adjustments to the bike while I test rode and fitted new pedals there and then after I decided to upgrade from the stock pedals. I ended up leaving with a perfectly setup new ride. Thanks guys!
