What a great shop! I went in today to get some new snow goggles and the staff were incredibly helpful, providing excellent information that made choosing easy. I was also thrilled they could service my snowboard and have it done the same day. Super happy with everything – now I'm all set to get back on the slopes! Thank you!
The wealth of knowledge in this store is incredible. Not just with gear, but local resort and club. I went in to get a board wax and edge ($40 - done in one day) for my first ever season in Christchurch. Ended up spending around an hour across both days talking to Andrew and one of the owners about the local club scene, how it all works, how each club is slightly different down to how certain weather patterns change certain fields. They aren't pushy sales people, but I left thinking my setup is holding me back and this is the last season on my current kit. Their detailed knowledge down to the type of edges on your board just always made sense. I'll be hitting this place first when it's time.
Absolutely 10 out of 10 service. Andy is an absolute pro! So much knowledge and experience! He taught me so much and fully kitted me out! I am so stoked! 100% recommend buying from here!

I went into get my old board waxed and then walked out with a whole new set up (and the old board waxed). Excellent customer service from Andy, really took his time to explain the boards and bindings they had, what would suit and he listened to what I wasn’t so keen on with my existing set up. Walked out a very happy customer. Will definitely go back whenever I’m in Christchurch. And to top it off there was a shop dog too! Also seems to be one of the few places in Christchurch which does a 24 hour turn around on ski/board waxing and tuning.
Spectacular shop, taking pride and time to carefully match you with the right equipment. Andy has so much patience and expertise. I keep coming back and picking up more 'forever' gear. Great brews to be had, and Raffy does a stellar job.
