   Great quality products and a good overall experience. The items we ordered were all very good quality and exactly as described. Initially, our order was missing the two free promotional gifts, and it took a bit of back-and-forth through customer service. However, once we contacted Bushbuck via Facebook Messenger, the issue was resolved quickly and both free gifts were sent without any problem. Happy with the products and the final outcome

   Kia orana. Great experience working with the team at Bushbuck. I have had a few sizing difficulties because I ordered online without trying the different outdoorclothing on but they worked through it all with me each time with no fuss and sorted me out.    Great product with no doubt but very poor customer service. I have ordered 2 x Pants and I got courier next day which was very fast but got 1 instead of 2 I email them asking why did i get 1 instead of 2 they replied telling they had a error and had to ship 2 seperate shipment. I got the new Tracking number and track it shows delivery with so and so time and date. I go back and chdck my ring door bell and has no delivery at my place. 1st courier had signature and 2nd doesn't have signature to sign. End of the day they just said contact courier to file dispute and wait for result and complain police etc. I don't understand why should customer do all this and take Hassel doing all this. Very upset with the service. Never had this issues with any other shops around. Finally today 04/07/2023 they said they will send another pants.

   I cannot fault Bushbuck. My gear gets so many comments about how well it has performed. In the rough seas around the Chatham Islands or in -7C fishing trips, the Defender gear has been great. I have now purchased the tent, footprint, cooker and sleeping mat. I missed the deal by a few days and they were able to look after me and actually gave me a better deal than expected! Then they organised it to be shipped to my address overnight so that I can take my son on a fishing trip this weekend. 1:30pm original email, 2pm items reserved, Paid and on 5pm overnight courier... And they were clear and fast to respond. Cannot fault their amazing service. Lizzie and Tim are amazing and stand by their gear.
