They have taken down my contact details, set the item aside when stock came in, then called me back to let me know it's ready. Kudos to whatever system to they're using to keep track of these requests, as sometimes the products haven't reached NZ until months after my initial contact. To top it all off they even ensure you get your desired minifig in the blind bags. The prices can be a little higher than the likes of Kmart or The Warehouse, but it's worth it.”

“Unlike other New World which mainly count on appearance to seem a place selling good food, like the new one in city centre, this one is genuinely a good place. Food here is better than in other New Worlds and it is more likeable. Do not expect too much from butcher and fishery, but still better than others for sure. Recommend.”

“Thank you so much to the kind Indian gentleman who was working solo today at 2pm when I popped in to collect my daughter's online order. My car keys and alarm holder had fallen apart and he "creatively" helped me fix it back by using some price tags to temporarily hold it in place. Then I realised I had missed inserting the battery back and found it in my car, he again helped me with it plus pushing my car back into place (as I had partially reversed it before it died). All in all, it was a busy and hot day but he made it so much easier. Much appreciated that he was calm, polite and smiling all the time.”
