   A great asset to Oxford, but some of the older staff let them down. Grumpy & unfriendly..every time! I'm a local & try to support them, even though it is a bit more expensive than competitor supermarkets. However, the local convenience & sufficient stock choices outweigh this. I avoid getting served by a couple of the staff. (My views are shared by a number of locals, btw).

   So friendly and helpful your staff there are, and no matter how busy they are. I have a broken wrist and when I'm in there with 2 hands very happy to help, with 1 hand very happy and helpful. Will definitely be back especially since I live in West Eyerton. Well done to all your staff.
