The absolute worst retail experience of my life and Iām nearly 70. I have been conned and lied to on many occasions. Bought a bed in Feb and just ystrdy received what I paid for. Abysmal performance. Never buy a toothpick from them

Had a great experience at the NZ Bed Company store in Northwood. We were looked after by Pawan and we are so grateful for his help. He went the extra mile and checked up on things in the background while we asked questions and had a wander and a think. In the end, we brought a Norah Plush mattress and an Anna base. So stoked with the purchase and our backs are very happy :) There was a couple of marks on some of the slats, however, this was not a problem at all. Pawan was great about this and walked us through the process to bring them back in for an inspection and swap. Recommend their service and product.
